Ryan is studying Kinesiology at TWU and will enter Physical Therapy school in 2013. He began pursuing Pilates in 2008, after a vigorous cross country season. He was looking for a way to stay conditioned with less impact than running. He found that Pilates is an approach to core strength that recreates and reconditions the entire body. Ryan most recently became certified in Pilates Reformer and is passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates. Through combining Physical Therapy and Pilates, he hopes to offer others the ability to reach their maximum movement potential.
