Kundalini Yoga


This class is taught by:
Kundalini yoga uses sets of rhythmic, repetitive movements and breathwork, interspersed with periods of rest and meditation, to raise the kundalini energy that sits at the base of the spine.  Kundalini yoga places a strong emphasis on increasing spinal flexibility and core strength while focusing the mind. Mantras and chanting are used but are optional.  No previous experience is necessary.
