Mat Tower

This class blends the precision and flow of traditional mat Pilates with the added support and challenge of the Tower. Using springs, bars, and straps, the Tower deepens core engagement, improves alignment, and offers both assistance and resistance to refine your movement. Expect a full-body workout that strengthens, stretches, and balances your body while enhancing posture and stability. Suitable for all levels, with modifications and progressions provided.
